Butterflies at Bellagio

My Grandma Briggs was in town helping my uncle Cody get settled in his new house. We had heard about the butterflies at Bellagio and decided to go take a look. It was so much fun! They had the butterflies in this little entrapment and you could walk through and see all the different butterflies. They had so many colors! After we decided to take a walk over to Ceasar's Palace and get some dinner and cheesecake! It was so much fun! Here is one that is black with pink striped wings!

Dan, Olivia and Grandma Briggs. The Butterflies are housed in the little building behind them.

Our Lucky March

Dan and I decided to bless Olivia up in Utah. It only made sense since we are the only ones in Nevada. My parents bought our air fare to Salt Lake for our birthday's! It was the best present ever not having to deal with a crying baby for 12 hours! I bought the sweetest blessing dress I have ever seen! I don't have a picture of it yet but once it get one I will post it! Dan did an awesome job with the blessing! We were able to be in Utah for St. Patricks Day. This is a big holiday for the McGarvey family. We were meet in the morning by little green leaprachaun footprints. We followed the footprints to the front room where we found some treats that the leaprachaun left and some lucky charms for breakfast. YUMMY! The Leaprachaun also dyed the milk green! We then went to my nephew's birthday party! It was so much fun! For this eventfull day, I made olivia a green tutu. Here are some pictures of her that we got. She looks pretty cute in them!

I was also able to be up in Utah for Lindsay and I's birthday. We went to a resturant called Zupas. It has delicious sandwhiches, soups and salads! We went shopping afterwards. My mom and dad were also nice enough to watch Olivia while Lindsay, Jeff, Luke, Dan and I went to Outback for dinner. We then went back to my parents house for cake. Lindsay did an awesome job on my flower cake! I felt bad because I didn't have time to make a cake for her and just bought my at the store. It was so fun to spend time with our famalies and we can't wait to move back to Utah in June to be closer to them.

Olivia Ann McGarvey

Here she is! Our little Olivia was born on Jan 6, 2011. She was 7lbs 5oz and 19 inches long! I ended up having to have a C Section since she was breech. The little stink was sitting indian style and wouldn't drop. It was hard having to have a C section versus normal delivery but, we got our cute little daughter and that is all we could ask for! Enjoy some of these pics, they had a professional photographer at the hospital and she came to our room and took pictures!
